Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the Puzzfix service.

The Puzzfix service is owned by Ququplay LLC, New York, USA. By using the Service, the user accepts these terms.

Service - the Puzzfix application and all of its features, including its games

User - a person using the Service

Account - a user's individual account in the Service

Game - a daily puzzle or card game available in the Service

Subscription - paid access to additional features of the Service

Use of the Service is voluntary and free of charge in its basic scope.
The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable law.
The user may not use the Service in a way that could disrupt its operation.
The user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
The user agrees not to share their login details with third parties.
The user may not use the Service for commercial purposes without the consent of Ququplay LLC.
The use of automated scripts, bots or other tools to use the Service automatically is prohibited.
The user may not take any action intended to bypass the Service's security measures.

An account is required to use the full functionality of the Service.
The user may delete their account at any time.
Ququplay LLC reserves the right to delete an account if these terms are violated.
If the user loses access to their account, they may contact technical support for help.

New daily puzzles are available in the Service every day.
Some features of the Service are available only with a subscription.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled.
Subscription payments are made in advance for the subscription period.
Refunds are available in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Ququplay LLC reserves the right to change subscription prices.
A change in the subscription price does not affect periods that have already been paid for.
In the event of payment problems, access to subscription features may be suspended.
The user may cancel the subscription at any time and keep access to subscription features until the end of the paid period.

All rights to the Service, including the copyright in the games, belong to Ququplay LLC.
The user does not acquire any rights to any elements of the Service.
Copying, modifying or distributing the games without the consent of Ququplay LLC is prohibited.
The user may use the games only within the Service.
Any copyright infringement will be prosecuted in accordance with applicable law.

Ququplay LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
Ququplay LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
The user bears full responsibility for their actions within the Service.
Ququplay LLC is not liable for the loss of user data.
Ququplay LLC reserves the right to temporarily shut down the Service for technical purposes.

A complaint should include a description of the problem and the user's contact details.
Ququplay LLC handles complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
Before taking a matter to court, the parties agree to attempt to settle the dispute amicably.

Ququplay LLC reserves the right to change these terms.
Users will be informed of any changes through the Service.
Continuing to use the Service after the terms have changed means accepting them.
Changes to the terms take effect on the day they are published in the Service.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the relevant provisions of Polish law.
Disputes arising from the use of the Service will be resolved by the competent Polish courts.

These terms are available in Polish and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
